Early Site Package at Wake Tech North Campus

We will be bidding on Early Site Package at Wake Tech North Campus. The project consists of earthwork, underground utilities, underground electrical, misc. metals & fencing, general trades, and clean-up.  The project is located on the northern campus off Perry Creek Rd and Success Way. KAD Construction, Inc. is planning on self performing this work, but we are always open to review proposals!  Be sure to let us know if you are a certified MWBE business! Abbott’s Creek Community Center

We have been pre-qualified and will be bidding on the Abbott’s Creek Community Center.  This project will be constructed alongside a new elementary school on the same property.  This community center will truly be state of the art!

We will be looking for subcontractors for Fire Alarm, Voice/Data, TV Distribution, Access Control & Intrusion, & CCTV.

KAD Construction, Inc. is aiming to reach a goal of 15% minority participation on this project! Be sure to let us know if you are a certified MWBE business!
