2017

NCSU Winston/Caldwell/Tompkins

Telecommunications infrastructure upgrades in 3 historic building on NCSU Main Campus.

NCSU CC Initiative Way

Telecommunications and Power Duct banks and Street Lighting for the extension of Initiative way on NCSU’s Centennial Campus.

O2 North Ridge

Tennet upfit for O2 Fitness Gym in the North Ridge Shopping Center.

2016

A 3 story elementary school located at Millbrook and Six Forks. KAD Construction, Inc. is responsible for the electrical and fire alarm.

The work includes interior renovations of the existing, 35,000 gsf 3-story building as well as the addition of a mechanical room and two new stair towers, conversion of the basement into a 12-lane firing range with associated mechanical equipment.

SAS Research Drive Extension

Extension of Research drive on the SAS campus with KAD Construction, Inc. responsible for street lighting, power, and telecommunication duct banks.

SAS Building A Infrastructure

Power and Telecommunications duct bank infrastructure for adding Building A on SAS Campus.

BDO

Tennet upfit of an existing space to provide offices, conference and meeting rooms, and kitchen.

2015

A new Fire Station located off of Leesville Road near the 540 interchange. This facility is striving to achieve LEED Silver Certification.

The project involves the construction of an indoor practice facility for the football program at NC State University.

2014

The city of Durham provides Radio Operations support for emergency responders for both the City and Durham County. The new Radio Operations Equipment building will replace the existing pre-fabricated buildings with a single story, conditioned, masonry building will improve the facilities and protect them from falling ice and lightning.

This renovation involves a power upgrade for the NC National Guard Morrisville Readiness Center. The project includes the addition of a new generator, ATS, UPS, and emergency lighting upgrades.

This project for NC State University is providing interior renovations of the College of Textiles building and some exterior upgrades at the Graduate School Entry.

This renovation project is adding utility redundancy to the current facility. A new chiller and emergency generator will be added.

This fast moving project will add wireless networking capabilities to NCSU’s Carter Finley Stadium.
