We had the pleasure to work on this amazing project and the Wolfpack Club shared this inside look of the building!

We will be bidding on WTCC Building L;  A 62,000 sf three story renovation at Wake Technical Community Center.  It will be used for health science classrooms, laboratories, and offices. The project is located on the northern campus at the corner of Perry Creek Rd and Success Way. We will be looking for subcontractors for Fire Alarm and Voice/Data.  We also need bids for UPS, Generator, and Lightning Control. KAD Construction, Inc. is aiming to reach a goal of 15% minority participation on this project! We will be bidding on Scott’s Ridge Elementary.  A brand new elementary school for the Wake County Public School system.  The project is located Apex, North Carolina. We will be looking for subcontractors for Fire Alarm. KAD Construction, Inc. is aiming to reach a goal of 30% minority participation on this project! KAD Construction, Inc. is starting its new year with a new website! Stay tuned as we demolition the old version and construct the new!

Since we haven’t had an update in many years, we have decided a new site was in order.  We will soon showcase many more features.  Our new “About Us” section will feature our experience and our staff.  “Estimating” will have both a bidding calendar and an FTP site for downloading and previewing plans and specifications.  “Employment” will let future employees check on our hiring status and submit applications.  “Contact Us” gives our basic information for contacting the company via snail mail, phone, fax, or email.  Finally we will have an “Employee Portal” which allows our employees to access the webmail, project documents, and submit timesheets.
