We will be bidding on Early Site Package at Wake Tech North Campus. The project consists of earthwork, underground utilities, underground electrical, misc. metals & fencing, general trades, and clean-up. The project is located on the northern campus off Perry Creek Rd and Success Way. KAD Construction, Inc. is planning on self performing this work, but we are always open to review proposals! Be sure to let us know if you are a certified MWBE business! The project bids on November 20th.
