We will be bidding on WTCC Building L; A 62,000 sf three story renovation at Wake Technical Community Center. It will be used for health science classrooms, laboratories, and offices. The project is located on the northern campus at the corner of Perry Creek Rd and Success Way. We will be looking for subcontractors for Fire Alarm and Voice/Data. We also need bids for UPS, Generator, and Lightning Control. KAD Construction, Inc. is aiming to reach a goal of 15% minority participation on this project!
